1967 - 1972 suburban tailgate. Complete with button, latch assembly, supports, and guide. Has some bondo, looks like previous owner was covering up some dings. No rust. Plate that activates the latches seems like it needs to be lubed, button doesn't activate it when pushed but I was able to open everything through the access panel.
